MHC is the hottest vintage shop in Toronto— no doubt. I find the biz has become so diluted in recent years— but these guys are holding a killer quality standard —and keep it flowing with totally accessible pricing. Just recently discovered since being out of Toronto a few years— totally thrilled to find such pros making absolutely beautiful style, deals, and conversation!! This shop has it *all*— check it out!!

*EDITED* i saw some negative reviews about pricing, but when i went recently they were actually lowering all their prices one by one! So maybe give it another shot if you had this issue**** This is my favourite vintage shop to spend hours and try stuff on that I rarely see anywhere else. The curation to me is definitely inspired by fine tailoring, couture esque vintage dresses, but dont worry there are TONS of graphic tees, crews, workwear as well. Great mix of stuff, and prices are very fair

SCAM! I was happy to spend some money on a vintage T shirt, the person on cash certified it was an original one and even offered me a cash deal. I love supporting small businesses but the t shirt actually ripped as I got home. Extremely disappointed . It was not an original.

Nice finds today. $20 bins are cool, too. Have been getting a piece or two every now and then and want to +1 the place. Thanks for being open on a Sunday afternoon!

Massive, ever-changing collection that's incredibly well curated. Items are high-quality, so don't come in expecting thrift store prices. That being said - I've found some great scores at very reasonable prices, and have also splurged on a couple higher-end pieces, totally worth it. I brought my dad here on a months-long search for the perfect leather jacket, and he found exactly what he was looking for. His tailor even made a point of commenting on how excellent the quality of the leather is. Bonus: if you're a tallie that often finds you miss out on vintage goods because everything made before 2000 was for people six inches shorter - you're in luck at this place. I don't know where they find pants that are long enough, but they do! So sad that this gem moved out of my 'hood and over to Roncey, but I can imagine it's a much better fit for their target clientele. Love to dip in when I'm in the area!

Great addition to the neighbourhood. Love the selection and variety. I don't think there's a single type of clothing or shoe they didn't have. Not pretentious. Fair pricing. Wonderful and friendly owner & employee.

Truly the best vintage clothing store I’ve ever visited. Incredibly unique pieces in great condition for casual, costume or formal wear. Staff are wonderful and very helpful enhancing your style.
