Customer service is amazing. I made an online purchase including magnets for my planet box lunchbox - turns out I had ordered the wrong sized magnets which would not have fit the lunchbox. The employee went out of her way to call me to let me know, and helped me exchange for the right size before shipping out the items to me. Products came super fast, really good quality and I’m just so amazed by how wonderful my experience was. Will definitely recommend to friends and family to shop here :)
Hi. I’m writing to thank you for your excellent customer service and great prices. On Monday I decided to order my youngest son a lunch kit. After some very early morning research I decided on the Planetbox system and proceeded to look for a Canadian shop to order from. I found your site and was delighted that everything I wanted was in stock and at a fabulous price. I checked it off my to do list and crossed my fingers that it would arrive in time for my son’s camp in a few weeks. Shortly after I checked out I received a shipping notice. Then a pick up notice. We stopped in after following them on social media for some time. Thought we'd see what goodies we could find. We were impressed by how much variety of quality items were packed into a relatively small space. We left with some healthy fruit snacks which were actually similarly priced to the superstore versions but with cleaner labels. Really happy with the purchase and looking forward to future visits to Healthy Mom's Market. Hopefully Aviva will be in next time so we can introduce ourselves.
I love this store! They have really unique finds for gifts, lots of Canadian owned brands and items for mamas expecting and post-partum. They also deliver or do pick up which makes it super convenient. Staff is always helpful and engaging.
One of my favourite stores in the Junction, Healthy Moms is my go-to for both practical and fun items for moms and kids. Everything is so well curated with largely Canadian and European brands, and the staff is always kind and helpful. The Healthy Moms membership is also a great deal! I’ve used discounts at over 10 different stores from food to clothing to linens. I always pop in whenever I’m walking past and feel very lucky to have this store in our neighbourhood!
Very nice local shop with a curated selection of baby, kids and mama items, service is excellent and always have helpful recomendations, love going in during my mornings walks.
