Was very pleased with the 3 gates and kiddie proofing around the house! They were efficient and did a great job!!! It was done in a few hours and the gates feel like excellent quality! Many of my friends have installed themselves and are not happy with the gate it’s loose and not good quality! These gates are fantastic we are very happy with them!
Samantha at Kiddie Proofers was so helpful in the virtual walk-through to discuss various opens for our unique floating staircase. It’s a key feature in our house, which isn’t baby-friendly at all, but she has great solutions for it that did zero damage to the design and could easily be removed in the future. The house is now safe for our little one and it looks GREAT! The installer was also amazing - so quick and professional. Highly recommend.
I did not find this service useful. I thought this would be a way to take the mental load of baby proofing off my chest. Unfortunately, it was just a way for Samantha to push her expensive products. The first red flag was that she charged my card just for scheduling the appointment. She should have waited until the appointment was delivered and then charged me. Second of all, she did not take in to account any of our preferences. I specifically asked for minimally invasive options, but her suggestions included drilling into our custom kitchen cabinetry, antique furniture, and newly renovated staircase. This is just ridiculous and no one I know does that for baby proofing. She also told us we had to switch out all of the outlet covers that we already bought for the ones she recommended, which is ridiculous. Instead of working with what you already have, she will just fear monger you into buying new products and destroying your house. Finally, for stuff that isn't included in her inventory, she just tells you to "find it yourself on Amazon."
Though I have not installed my gates yet, Kiddie Proofers has been an absolute dream to work with. Samantha was suuuper helpful in arranging everything we needed and maintained contact throughout the waiting process. I have no doubts the gate will look wonderful. Also to mention, the owner was extremely accommodating for us, as we live out of town she was flexible in meeting with us on a Saturday (despite being closed). Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend working with kiddie proofers.

We had baby gates installed in our home today, to make things safe for our 17 month old granddaughter. She's just started walking, and is quite a handful to look after! We were most impressed with the products and service from Kiddie Proofers. The knowledgeable staff helped us to select the perfect safety gates, and the installer did amazing job of putting it all together in our home. He was polite, very professional, cleaned up after himself and did an absolutely beautiful installation job. We were very happy with our dealings with Kiddie Proofers, and would definitely recommend them to others.
A very big thank you to David for being so friendly and helpful. We went today to upgrade our carseat to a booster and David was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. I would definitely return and recommend especially when David is working! Its unfortunate though that they dont stock the store supplies as their previous store which I enjoyed shopping at.
