Elaine was amazing at both locations Billy Bishop and Stockyards. I went into Billy Bishop by myself she spent over an hr showing me how strollers work and then I came back with my husband to Stockyards and she showed him how everything works. She also took the time to look up colours and even sent it to my email so I can have it when I’m ready to buy. Thanks Elaine you are awesome and so patient.
Elaine was so helpful! We came in looking for a stroller for twins and she showed us so many options for both strollers and compatible car seats. She also wrote all the prices and attachments needed down so we have record of it all once we’re ready to purchase! Thanks Elaine :)
Extremely happy with Elaine at Stockyards. I had a first baby shopping day with my sister and bought my first stroller. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t get the Nuna and chose the V3 instead. Left feeling informed and confident in my decision. Thanks Elaine!
Terrible experience with Snuggle Bugs. I paid over $1,400 for a brand new Nuna Tavo and Pipa travel system, and when I opened the box the stroller had a deep scratch right on the front. A “brand new” product should not come damaged. When I called the store, they completely washed their hands of it and told me to deal with the manufacturer myself. That is disgraceful customer service. They sold me the product, but refuse to take any responsibility for making it right. I just had a newborn and the last thing I should be doing is wasting time chasing down companies for a defective stroller. For the amount of money I spent, I expected accountability and support, not excuses. Absolutely unacceptable — I would never shop here again.

Excellent store! Go here over the other locations in Toronto. Ask for Jasmin! The customer service she provides at stockyards is top notch and unbeatable (and we went to other locations and had a different experience, so we know first hand how great Jasmin and the stockyards team are). Could not more highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Elaine! She showed us in detail each stroller - the different features they have, when we would need what, and had us overcome our indecisiveness in getting only the best for our newborn. Great stuff!
