Came in looking for an Uppababy stroller. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My fiance wasn't sure whether to get the Vista or the Cruz and we ultimately chose the Cruz. They offer shipping to the store or to your home. We chose delivery to our home and expect it to arrive this week. The price was comparable to those at larger retailers but the service we received by shopping local was really what did it for us. Overall, a great experience!
Wow wow wow. I picked Macklems to buy a travel stroller because of their customer service and family owned reputation. With my son, I wasn’t in the position to shop in store so I ordered based off of strollers reviews online. They helped me with an issue and were so fast and expedient. I want to get the next car seat from them too. If you’ve dealt with WCC customer service, you’ll understand why Macklem’s is truly the best.
I cannot say enough good about my experience with the Macklem's team, especially the owner Deb. She is so helpful, responsive, informative and kind. I don't know how I would have made it through planning my registry or prepping for motherhood without her. I will shop there for as long as I can because their service is unmatched!
Loveddd it here! Got our first baby car seat today & Jennifer along with the staff were very attentive and helpful. They did an entire demonstration & showed us all the details. Although we did not make a final decision on a stroller we’ll be back for sure!! We want to thanks everyone for helping us today!
