Such helpful, knowledgeable staff. They helped us pick out the right car seat for our car size and lifestyle, made sure it fit with a test model, and then installed it for us once we bought it. Really always have a good experience in this store.
As a first-time (and therefore sometimes clueless) mom, this place is a godsend! It’s so convenient to pop in and pick up the little things you wouldn’t even think that you’d need for your little one. The selection is curated enough that shopping isn’t overwhelming, yet it’s got a broad enough selection to have several options for whatever it is you may need. It doesn’t hurt that Linda and team offer a wealth of knowledge. Having this place so close to home has definitely made my transition into motherhood more comfortable.
Love me DO Baby is fantastic in every respect. Great selections and amazing staff lead by Linda and Rona. They have so much to offer and their customer service acumen is exceptional. They are very professional, informative and personable/friendly all at the same time. They made our shopping experience so relaxed and comfortable. Rona also assisted me in installing our baby seat. She was just so amazing as we had several obstacles to overcome in doing so. She was relentless and would not stop until the Job was finished and correctly. It was so refreshing to see someone care so much and do the job the right way. It was very much appreciated. Thank you so much Rona for all your efforts and patience and explanation. I'm so grateful to live near this store. I go in at least once a week since I've given birth. The prices are compatible to amazon and big box stores despite being an independent boutique. I've come to trust the brands and products they've chosen. You can rent pumping equipment (although I didn't take advantage of this) and they always have advice for new parents. One time I went in and Rona made a suggestion about my baby wrap without asking and also offered to look at my car seat to make sure we set it up properly. They are building a community, not just a store.
Great online order experience! Wonderful customer service! I ordered a replacement plug for my Medela double electric pump. When the plug showed up, to mine and their surprise, it was a UK part. The ladies were quick to reach out to Medela about the error in their stock and had the proper item overnight shipped to me. I'll definitely be ordering again!
I came in looking to put together a postpartum care package for a friend who's expecting. I was able to walk in and get everything I needed! They carry a well curated selection of products and I found it difficult stick to my list. :) The staff were very friendly and helpful. They noticed I was buying a belly band and asked questions to make sure I was getting the right size. My purchase was gift wrapped without asking beautifully, they really took care of everything. My friend was over the moon with her gift, thank you so much! Experiences like this are why I don't shop online.
If your ever in liberty village and need baby stuff this is your go to store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of all baby gear. They will never try to upsell you and the best thing ! They are locally owned and locally ran !
