So glad I stumbled across this bakery! As I was walking to an event, I saw this beautiful bakery and vowed to return. Luckily, the event fell through and I found myself in front of the bakery. I selected the macrons (rose, mango and salted caramel) and also the pastry with goat cheese and spices. Everything tasted exquisite. My only complaints on my second visit were that there was no clear line (people were walking in front of you), there was no place to sit down and enjoy your food. Additionally, the prices for the mini cakes were quite steep. I wanted to basically taste test things for my upcoming birthday and my parents' anniversary but didn't want to pay an arm and leg for it. Everything else was reasonably priced. In the end, I got the EXOTIC vegan cake which was very tasty (mango, coconut with other tropical flavours) for my birthday. On my first trip, I got the raspberry cake/tarte which was not too sweet, just perfect! I would highly recommend this bakery!

I am a regular customer, but my recent purchase was disappointing. The chocolate croissant and poppy seed roll did not taste the same as use to be. The chocolate filling tasted artificial, and the poppy seed roll had a strong baking soda taste.

The only complain i have is its so busy! But who can fault with people for wanting to come here? Everything is excellent. Hands down one of the best places in the area

Great place for pastries My birthday cake was from here i’ve loved everything! the staff are really nice and welcoming! the drinks are pretty okay nothing really special but just great with their set of pastries!

They have the best bread in town! (better than Blackbird, sorry~) Their baguette is soft and chewy with the right amount of crunch and the sourdough is airy and with plenty of air bubbles and the crust has the right amount of crunch. Amazing cakes too!

absolutely love this café, especially their Yorkville location. Their pistachio cookies are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, I’m obsessed. The breads are always fresh and delicious too. It’s such a cozy spot to enjoy a coffee with a little treat. I’m not the biggest fan of the Thornhill location, but the Yorkville one is definitely worth the visit!

I really enjoyed my yuzu tart. I also got La Roche - which I thought I would like ever more. However, it was too sweet - perhaps if they added a dark chocolate element to counter the sweetness. Service was quick and efficient. I also got a salted caramel macaron and I have to say it’s one of the best macarons I’ve ever had - I will come back to try their other flavours.

Our recipes did not change, we do not use baking soda in the poppyseed roll or almost in any of our product. As for the chocolate croissant or any of our product with chocolate, we use pure , no artificial flavouring or bi product . You are more than welcome to come in and try other items other might be more to your liking.
