Very good. Tried the lemon tart and maple bacon bread thingy. Lemon tart was good, I felt the fill was a little bit too creamy but still good. The maple bacon is a good combination of sweet and salty with good crisp/crunch from the bread and the bacon itself.
On 22 Nov, we must have been so lucky to have met a lovely lady staff team! Outstanding and very kind of them & the croissants were worth the trip! No wonder the popularity Merci beaucoup!!!
This was my third visit at this particular location and I’ve consistently observed that one of the staff members (an Asian Canadian woman) treats / greets customers differently based on their ethnicity, noticeably favoring a particular group - I won’t name it outright which group, but the pattern is clear and I’m sure she’s aware of it too. This kind of borderline discriminatory behavior is disappointing to witness. As a returning customer, it’s disheartening to feel this way. I hope the management takes this seriously, reevaluates staff conduct, and works toward creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone
Grabbed some pastries here while exploring St. Lawrence Market.Everything in the display looked amazing. We tried the sourdough and a couple of pastries and it’s so fresh and flavourful! Can’t wait to come back and try more.
I wish I had an image, but I always eat everything too fast because it's so yummy!!! I come from mississauga and sometimes it's all I get while I'm here. I absolutely love everything but some of my favs are the Foccacia bread, the seasonal egg salad, and the hot honey whipped goat cheese! I don't even get it home. We eat it for lunch at Rotary Park and find comfort in this scary tall city! also the staff are always so lovely and nice!
This is a great addition to the various other bakeries in St. Lawrence Market in Old Toronto. Good selection of fresh baked breads , especially their sourdough !!! Extensive selection of savoury and sweet baked goods, hummus and other spreads. Friendly and professional staff, great service.
Bought 2 baguettes for the insane price of 9$ (yes) and you’d better have strong jaws to chew such an elastic bread… very dissapointed. I used to go to the other location on Queen East and my experience was better. Luckily we have plenty of great bread options for a better price in the neighborhood.
