I went here in the morning on my way to work, to grab a quick coffee and fresh Cinnabon, and the asian lady said they are baking now and that I would have to wait for fresh Cinnabon for a little bit, or center roll is ready now if wanted, so I said I can wait. After the short wait she gave me my Cinnabon and was very polite saying thank you for waiting, have a nice day and enjoy your Cinnabon.
DON’T COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CHINESE LADY THAT WORKS THERE! Had the worst encounter with her in this location! the Chinese cashier that wears glasses was so rude! I was with my kids at the time. I just asked her how many pieces that 1 box comes with since I can’t see and she just straight up pointed the menu which I explained I couldn’t see and raised her tone of voice at me every time she answers! Ended up not buying because of her attitude!! VERY RUDE NOT COMING BACK HERE ANYMORE! Doesn’t even greet or smile when customers approached her! Most of the bad reviews I read was about that rude chinese staff of yours and clearly she is the problem!!!
During covid, dont bother to even go. Staff have been instructed to place all cinnabons in boxes prior to customers buying. Thus, causing the buns to be stale and cool. Service was lackluster too.
It's a good walk through. I always cross this place and grab a Bun with my coffee. Loosing two star because some of your staff needs some training in terms of customer handling and time management. Good luck!
At the Englinton subway, you cannot escape the aroma of Cinnabon rolls. Every time I come out of the subway, I am caught. Satiate your hunger with the yummiest and tummy full big cinnabon rolls. I generally pick up the basic cinnabon rolls but the big ones on my way back home. I am sorted for the evening!
When you're craving some of that sweet, sweet artery clogging goodness that your doctor warned you about... Well, your doctor's not here, are they? Buy one. I did, and I might be fatter than before, but I have no regrets. Think of it this way, if you got hit by a one star Uber driver and were told you're not going to make it through the night... Would you not be angry at yourself that you didn't have that gigantic, sugar-covered cinnamon bun when you had the chance? Make that executive decision. Have a cinnamon bun.
Freshly baked cinnabons , signature aroma engulfs as soon as you enter the station tempting you to take a bite, but seeing the calories I take step back . Great for quick grab to take along your transit and quick in service to not to keep customers rushing to subway.
