I ordered my cookies and looked down and I was standing in someone's puke... all around the cash register. so disgusting. when we asked the woman serving us why she didn't let us know or put up a sign she got annoyed This place is gross and has terrible service
Mr. Craig makes goooooood cookies!!! We loved them all. The team there were so welcoming and such a vibe! A definite stop when you are at Union station!

$3.50 per cookie — really? And on top of that, you're asking for a tip? Honestly, this feels ridiculous. The prices are already steep for what you're offering, and then to nudge customers for a tip on top of it? Phew. Have some shame. Not coming back.
Please sell what the people want or make a double batch of the top sellers…. People are busy and trying to get home and can’t wait for 45 mins for a batch of cookies only to have one person come and buy all of it! It would be really helpful to be able to pre - order for larger quantities over the phone or on website if that’s not an option please just make a double batch it’s not that difficult!
