Could have been a 4 star if they didn't give you boxes with holes in them for baked goods? Wrongly assumed they were covered with cellophane and everything was stale by morning. So if you want to waste a bunch of money, go here I guess. But honestly you're better off going elsewhere that actually cares about the quality of the food they sell and package it appropriately
Hi there. I'd like to share my recent experience at Danish Pastry house at union Station. Fresh pastry, delicious sandwiches and yummy drinks, but what stands out is the fenomenal and above and beyond service. The guy with the curly hair and a hat, is a truly gem and very professional when it comes to customer guaranteed satisfaction. He went out of his way to accommodate our allergies and was so kind and patient with my parents. Sometimes is not always about the products is about the service and the person who sells your product. If one day I'll open a bakery, he will be the first one to get hired. Thank you so much, You made my day!
The customer service is horrendous from the female serving staff. She needs to learn how to speak to customers or should be put to work in the back. Some of the deserts are good but some pastries are stale. Would not be visiting this location ever again. DISAPPOINTING!!!!
I went to buy something today.this store I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of the person who works there.Very polite and well-mannered And he is kind.thank you something much for your service
The customer service here is an absolute joke!! Was there this evening to grab a quick bite at about5.15 and there were 2 people at the counter. The first person with short hair asked what I wanted to order and when I told him the order, literally heard my order and walked away. I was standing there looking at him hoping he would get me the food but nope, he completely ignored me and started cleaning the trays. The other person (with a bit longer hair ) then helped me out with the billing and handed over my order. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place!!
Terrible coffee - burnt! Can someone set up the machine at right temperatures? I ordered an americano black and the water was steaming (should not even been boiling). All I wanted after travelling overnight into Toronto was a good cup of coffee and a bite. The ham & cheese croissant was also disappointing.
Was visiting first time to DPH, Pretty impressed how bad customer service i have experienced this morning today. I guess Tim Hortons comparatively employees got some atiquate to speak up in front of the customer. Kind suggestions to the manager train employees to give a good customer greet.
