I recently visited Dolcini By Joseph to purchase some last minute pastries and cookies as a Mother's Day Gift. Before visiting Josephs bakery I called to make sure he was open and Joseph let me know that he was closing shortly but was still willing to stay open to let us purchase some pastries!! Truly outstanding customer service!! Josephs cookies and pastries truly have an artisanal taste and are professionally wrapped for any of your occasional needs. His customer service is outstanding! Joseph truly ensures customer service is a top priority. Highly recommend this family owned Italian artisanal bakery!!
Outstanding customer service by owner! The strawberry shortcake had Two layers pf sponge cake w/ fresh cream center and it was covered in flaky layers of white chocolate with fresh large strawberries!!! Absolutely fresh and decadent! Was my first visit. Service was wonderful despite being close to closing. It is such a pleasure to enjoy such great food. The croissants were so rich and light! Absolutely fresh! Will be going again to try more items like the pizza and gelato!
Perfect local spot serving the best quality food to businesses in this area of the city. I particularly recommend their hot chocolate, their soups, and their sandwiches, and they offer a lot of other phenomenal options such as fresh and delicious salads and pizzas. Always friendly service with a smile, feels like home every time, and the quality is second to none!
Joseph and his wife, Maria are the warmest and professional couple in the business. Excellent pastries, bread, and lunchtime specials. Great coffee and gelato too !
Fantastic bread. The homestyle pizza is excellent, and the kaiser buns for sandwiches are great. However, the porchetta was the worst I've ever had. Bland is the best way to describe it. I couldn't even tell it was pork at all. Best go to Globe Meats, Eddystone, or up to Vincentina if you want actual porchetta.
