I always have a wonderful experience at Haymishe Bakery! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious—truly a gem in Toronto. I’ve also used the Too Good To Go app to pick up from them several times, and it’s always been a smooth and easy process. They’ve been so thoughtful and generous with each pickup. Highly recommend both for regular visits and TGTG—Haymishe never disappoints!
Was dying to try this.... Grabbed a " too good to go" bag .. was disappointed that the cashier wouldn't let me pick it up early... I had to wait an hour and a half for the time to pass. Then she picked out some random things, she could have asked me what I like or if I have allergies. The whole point of the program is to get rid of food waste. And the amount should match the value.
This bakery was so yummy can’t wait to return! Pizza slices are big and crispy! Caramel donut was delicious and potato soup was great too! The staff was very friendly as well :)
All I can say is they have a great assortment of goodies, especially gluten-free. Fatima and Lucy are gems!! They are always courteous and kind to customerS.
Ever since the new ownership this place has been awesome. Great selection of freshly baked items with my favorite being the rye rolls with caraway seeds
I love Haymishe Bakey! I've been going for years. Blossom, Fatima and staff, are ninjas of the bakery world.? Love their array of cream cheeses and breads. Especially fond of an everything bagel, double-toasted, with spicy cream cheese, cucumber, and black pepper. Masterpiece. Alex
Used to be (Not kosher!) As the owner mentions in their response below, thankfully the store was bought by frum owners, who have made it worthy of its name. The store is kosher, and i have eaten there many times. Their pizza is well priced, delicious, and no crazy lines like some of the other pizza shops.
