I arrived 10 mins before closing and one of the servers was so nice to me she allowed me to choose and she also gifted me mini cinnamon twists before leaving I will definitely be back to try more. The coconut donut was extremely delicious. The price range is very high however the sizing is quite big so it matches up.
Not going to write a long story, just to the point, rude unpleasant staff, and serving old pastries at a premium price... to the owners or managers, you know you can do so much better, train you staff better in customer service skills and dont try to sneak in your sales old pastries that should have been thrown away
Laughable establishment. Waited 20 minutes for the employee to call a manager to come in and make a coffee. Asked for a refund in the interim and was told said manager was needed in order to process it. This was after a long struggle in them even understanding my order (who knew one could order a “croissant” at a French bakery). Sitcom-level stuff. Would make A+ television except the audience would say it’s not realistic.
Not worth the money; lacks taste and quality. We picked up some baked goods for a family party - spent about $90 for an assortment of croissants, baked goods and anything that looked pretty. Was not worth it, very disappointed. It also did not taste fresh. Big disappointment.
Wow. I didn't expect that poor experience at such an overall nice place. The mocha was so unbelievably watery. It wasn't cheap at all. I had to go back to the cashier and ask to add at least some chocolate or coffee or something to make my drink drinkable and tasting a bit better but the guy just gave me an attitude and said "no, I'll refund it". Whatever... I've never returned or complained about my drink in the past. But this time it was just plain bad.
Rude staff with no patience. Was expecting the food be great, especially since this is their second location, sadly that's not the case. Nothing special or worth checking out. Much better experience at East Tea Can if you're at the Well location. Otherwise, Nadege or Cafe23 are much better options. Edit: Owner's reply proves exactly my point, Thanks
Food definitely not worth the price. Also wouldn’t give us a cup of water for free, even after purchase of another item. 6$ for an Alokozay teabag! What a joke.
