My Brazilian friend’s couple took us to their favourite bakery. We tried Pao de queijo(chewy cheese bread) , Coxinha(crispy croquette filled with chicken meat) , Brigadeiro(chocolate truffle, made from sweetened condensed milk), Guarana juice, Sonho de Valsa ( thin wafer shells covered in chocolate) and Pudim. I especially liked Coxinha and Pudim! And of course, great service from attentive staff. I would definitely go back to try them again and again….?
I love the food from Padaria although it can be a bit expensive. My favourite is the carrot cake with brigadeiro. Can't go wrong with a pao de queijo either. The staff was very friendly (hi Carol and Selma!)
Amazing customer service and treats! I attended this bakery for the first time the other day to try Brazilian desserts and a savoury bite. The owner gave me her time, patience and kindness as she explained all the items in bakery.
We called ahead on Dec 24 to see if they had flan for Christmas eve. Thankfully, they did so we drove right over. We got the last family sized flan. The flan was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've had! The woman we spoke to on the phone and the two women who were there when we went in we friendly, personable, and helpful. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to try their other goodies! But seriously, try their flan.. it's fantastic! (Our photo doesn't do it justice but everyone pretty much licked their plates clean!)
This is the best place ever! You guys made my day today. Really! Everything was delicious, specially the pão francês and butter, it tasted just like home! It was so good I almost cried. Those who have been 2 years searching for that kind of bread will understand what I’m talking about! The pão de queijo is tasty, so is the esfirra! The sonho I’ll try later, but based on the other items, I’m sure it will be delicious! Can’t wait till it’s afternoon. Thanks again, specially to the team that made my day brighter
Great small place serving traditional Brazilian snacks, sweets and drinks. Good place to drop by and try something different at a good price. Highly recommend!
I was so excited when they opened just 4 blocks away from my home! Unfortunately I am handicap and mainly order online. Their prices are higher than other Brazilian stores, and they charged me $9,00 to deliver to 4 blocks from their location! Now I order online from another vendor from North York, and they only charge me $5,99 delivery fee. Padaria TO must review their delivery fees. How can it be $9,00 to deliver SO close
