Whenever I visit the site, I get disappointed. I have never seen a good attitude of the people working at the location, not even one smile, except only one nice lady who seems to me she is Indian. Today's experience was worse, not even willing to help and answer your question, very bad attitude. It was just beginning of the day! The customer satisfaction needs to be prioritized. I do not believe I would ever again want to go there anymore.
Five stars isn’t enough. I had a sticky milk bun here for the first time and I’m not exaggerating when I say it absolutely floored me. The moment I took a bite, I closed my eyes and almost fell back. I’ve truly never tasted anything like it. Soft, warm, slightly sweet, and unbelievably satisfying it was like a cozy dream baked into a bun. Don’t walk run to Paris Baguette at 110 Bloor Street!
I ordered a cake online and asked for written text for my mom’s birthday, but when ai came home with the cake it’s just plain no text and when I ordered they didn’t mention not being able to do that. If there’s an extra charge or if they couldn’t they could’ve told me in advance so now im stuck pulling out a plain cake. The service was also very slow with only two people and a long line with various people waiting for over 5 minutes for drinks that’s being backed up. Service could be better, very inconvenient. Staff also seems to be used to being understaffed so they doing everything at a leisure pace and don’t seem to care.
Updated review: not all Paris baguette are created equal I have eaten at different Paris baguettes in austin New York City and multiple times in north York (Yonge Sheppard) station in Toronto. Updating my rating from 5 star (waiting for them to open) to 2 stars. I think there is something wrong with this location. I went early in the morning at 9am on Monday and got a regular and almond croissant. The quality was really bad. I am no pastry chef but atleast can tell a difference from a same day made croissant and one which is kept overnight and eaten the next day. Since Paris baguette is in franchise model the manager and/or owner might be cutting corners and keeping the croissants overnight and selling them next day. I will not be eating here since there are so many others. Stock tc is opening next door soon and eataly is right walking distance nearby. With so many other nice croissants places In the city. If they keep the same quality they might have to shut down soon. Old review: Visited on Aug 12 2024 and this location has not opened yet. It is coming soon. Some people are confusing this location to Yonge Sheppard location
