Really poor customer service. All of the staff are rude & not friendly. Although the baked goods taste great I stopped coming here due to the attitude of all the employees. I have spent hundreds of dollars here & not once have I felt welcomed when entering.

Can’t believe how rude the staff is here. We encounter more than one person who works here and they were both so unprofessional and condescending. Also very disappointed with the cake we ordered. It was ugly, didn’t look anything like the photos and didn’t taste good. Will not be ordering from here again….

We ordered an elegant 2- tiered cake for our daughter’s Frozen birthday party and couldn't be happier! A modern minimalist design with a fun pinata sprinkle centre. The cake tasted excellent and the sponge was moist (not as common with custom cakes).

This is my first time visiting this shop. I came here to try their new European Hot Chocolate and it was very delicious! 10/10 The service was great and the vibe of the shop was nice.

WAY. TOO. SWEET. And I'm saying this as a sugar addict. The icing they use on their cakes and cupcakes is insanely sweet to the point of nearly being inedible. Their cookies are also not that great. Much better bakeries in the city if you know where to look.

Great Toronto bake shop! Definitely try all their desserts, they are so tasty and the customer service is top notch. We tried the confetti cake, and the icing was the best we have ever had. Easter treats are great too!!!

Wow!!! Ordered my husband a cake from here for his birthday and it did not disappoint. Not only was the cake beautiful but it tasted so good that guests who said they weren’t even ‘cake people’ asked for seconds! It was well worth the price. Thank you!
