Loved this place! The hot chocolate was absolutely awesome. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and the whole shop was full of cozy holiday vibes.
Loved the hot chocolate! They had me at whip cream and sprinkles!!! First time coming here but won’t be the last. Definitely worth trying if you’re at the distillery district Christmas market ❤️
Although this location is on UberEats, AVOID ordering from them there! Despite confirming an order, two drivers were unable to retrieve the order. Calls following up with the location to inquire about the issue went straight to voicemail, even UberEats could not get a hold of anyone. The order was ultimately cancelled which negatively impacted a birthday surprise. This location should not confirm orders or be on a food app if they are unreachable and cannot see an order through.
Always love stopping in here especially around the holidays. I've found the last couple of times the selection was great, but wait times were crazy. Overall delicious though!
The butter tarts were yummy. Will have to return again when I can. Service was also pleasant and friendly. I did return and got two more delicious tarts.
I always come here during my lunch break on the savory pies are delicious and perfect for the cold weather! Considering the area the price of the pies are definitely worth it. My personal favs are the mushroom and the short rib pies. The staff have always been friendly, greeting you once you enter. As for the store itself, there's a lot of space but seating is quite limited. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area and looking to find shelter from the cold!
Ordered pies on-line for a future pick-up date. At the time of ordering on-line, you have to pay for it when you checkout (sounds standard) so it's confirmed for them to make your pies. Normally when you buy anything online, you get an email confirmation with the order and the amount you paid. This didn't happen here. Not a big deal as I figured, maybe when I pick up the pies they will give me a printed receipt. Nope! I needed the receipt b/c I ordered the pies for a work event and the receipt (either electronic or printed) is for my expense. Either Sweetie Pie needs to fix this or if you order their pies on line, be aware and grab a screenshot of the order. Otherwise the pies we ordered were great, fresh tasting, not overly sweet and received lots of compliments. In the end, to get any type of proof of payment, I had to get the person at the store to Air Drop what THEY had as confirmation of my order and payment b/c they don't have anything to give you otherwise... except the pies you ordered.
