We discovered this gem and ordered cupcakes for Baby shower. The staff did an amazing job at seamlessly communicating, coordinating and personalizing them. They were the crowd favourite. Highly recommend this place!
This place is like visiting heaven. I've been there so many times and everything is always absolutely delicious. It's always so beautifully decorated with classical music playing. I just feel so peaceful when I'm there. If I have visitors from out of town I bring them here. I've brought non vegan friends and family here and they always love it as well. You can also do large orders of treats to bring to parties or home or whatever if you call ahead of time.
This is Canada's most unbeatable bakery, also, Its VEGAN! The cakes, coffee, and croissant are unparalleled. The croissant is flaky, light, and the finest vegan one I have ever tasted. Service is superb; the staff treats every guest like family, making every visit personal and welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for sitting and relaxing, with beautiful music, warm lighting, and stunning maple solid wood tables. This bakery is a five star triumph from start to finish. I've been coming here for the past 7 years and there is no decline in service in Thornhill & Downtown Toronto. He is also, very kind. He offered to refill water and asked if I wanted anything else. This is a MUST VISIT for any coffee, baked goods, and delicacies lover.
This is the best place in Toronto for Vegan cakes and pastries, by far better than any other pastries tasted in the GTA area. Service provided was amazing, the cake was both stylish and delicious. The cake made was for a party where we had 20 kids, the cake was vegan, eggless, dairy free and nut free, and it was perfect and tasting amazing. Thank you kindly for this magic!
We've had cakes and baked goods at Vegan Danish Bakery and had always loved it, so we also decided to get our wedding cake from here as well. And we were so happy with our wedding cake! The price was reasonable, and the baker was flexible in working with us to create our vision. The cake tasted amazing, so good that some guests went back for seconds (and thirds). Delivery was smooth, the service was amazing and the cake looked and tasted everything we had hoped. We’re so glad we chose Vegan Danish Bakery for our wedding cake and would highly recommend it!
I went there craving a real eclair I saw that the display was full of various pastries. I asked about getting a real eclair and the staff suggested the Eclair Croissant, I was surprised by his suggestion that it was an eclair. The price on the display said $5.99 per eclair croissant, I was charged $7.90 altogether for my purchase, looking at my receipt I see I was overcharged by a dollar. I will not go back there. It wasn't an enjoyable experience. And I do not recommend that anyone go there for their pastries.
This place is hands-down a paradise for vegans—and surprisingly, for non-vegans too! The indoor space is cosy and inviting, with a menu that balances health and flavor beautifully. From the coffee to the sweets and snacks, everything was top-notch. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the warm atmosphere. My wife is vegan, and we often struggle to find places where both of us can enjoy the food. But here, I genuinely loved almost everything I tasted—flavorful, satisfying, and far beyond the usual vegan fare.
