I asked for a trim and it’s probably the worst hair cut ive ever had. To be fair i dont think the girl who did my hair was even qualified to be touching anyones hair. It wasnt Sima. But some other girl whose thin and has hair extensions. If you’re not qualified to cut hair dont bother taking the walk in. Its so uneven and lopsided. Probably a blind person wouldve done better. Paid 70$ for this awful mess.
I only go to Trade Secrets on Sundays for one specific brow lady, because she told me that’s the day she works. This is now the third time I’ve shown up on a Sunday and the store wasn’t even open on time. I end up standing around, paying for parking, and then leaving without getting my brows done because a different employee randomly shows up late. It’s honestly so unprofessional. If your staff can’t open on time, you need better management, clear scheduling, or at least a sign letting customers know what’s going on. And someone should be answering the phone when the store isn’t open at its scheduled time. Whoever owns this location seriously needs to re-evaluate how they operate, because this is becoming a pattern.
I was really in a rush and came to get nail extension products… it’s 10:10am and it’s still locked and doesn’t seem that someone is inside. Work hours 10-8…
I asked for a dry cut no styling and they charged me over $70, even though their site says a women's cut WITH styling should start at $45. I asked for 4-5 inches cut off the length and just a maintenance trim of my layers. Whole thing took little over half an hour. I can understand that salons charge more for long hair that takes more styling, time, and attention, but this was not that. After it was all done, I ended up with a really blunt cut line at the back which I asked her to soften up, but she just added product and tried to style it to hide it, which I did not ask for. I've had decent experiences here in the past, but this was too much. I'm really disappointed with my experience here.
Secret trade Younge and eglington great services and good reception very friendly and the hairdresser is just perfect she takes her time to do her job
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The staff repeatedly misled me about pricing, insisting on additional charges despite prior agreements. Dishonest practices and Geeta has no integrity. Paid $600 just for hair color Also you’ll notice that they make fake positive comments every after bad ones, so dont just believe on those positive comments
Booked a hair appointment for my 9 year old son today and showed up on time only to be told that the stylist only does ladies' hair. They had asked me what my son's name was when I booked and wrote down his name with my phone number....does anyone look at the reservation and notice a boy is booked in with a lady who only does ladies' cuts?! Yes I'm mad. I fed my kid McD's and rearranged my evening to accommodate this appointment. They apologized but doesn't help. Terrible way to start your Grand Opening btw.
