Disappointed, went for the first time and bought some steaks expiring 2 weeks ahead. After having a couple bites I noticed a weird scent and sour taste following with nausea for the rest of the day. Don’t recommend if you aren’t sure about quality
Cashier that worked on MAY 19 2024 at noon is great. Grabbed a bag that had a broken vacuum seal and was notified before buying it to grab another. Love the transparency, cleanliness, and friendliness of this store. Always fresh meat as-well!
Very good prices but limited yet ok variety. Lots of chicken, limited variety of beef, steak, some frozen fish and shrimp, various cheddar, Mennonite eggs, some sausage and Italian deli meats. No pork. They have a food trailer next door, haven’t eaten there though but it’s busy.
This is the best meat store around. Every thing is fresh and the most reasonable prices you can find. Staff is so friendly. I have been shopping here for many years.
This little unassuming trailer outside the meat packers is a real money saver for us. I visit often and buy chicken legs, breasts, ground turkey and chicken and steaks for my family, often for half the price they are at the grocery store. The staff is pleasant and the hours are decent too. I highly recommend it. They also sell pork sausages and sometimes other cuts, sometimes a smoked turkey but everything is pre-packaged. There's no goat or not often any lamb or counter service here. I will definitely visit again.
Has one completely hand slaughtered halal side. The rest of the meat is not halal but the attendant will be more than willing to point you out in the right direction
