I was having some weird noises coming from my front brakes / steering on a Friday morning. I called A&I and explained that I was hoping to get the car looked at and fixed that afternoon as my kids and I were supposed to pick up a puppy the following day. Alex said to bring the car in and he did a quick test drive with me. Once the issue was identified, he ordered the part I needed and said he'd have the car fixed before they closed at 5 PM. The car was ready before 4 and worked (and sounded) perfectly. A+ customer service and work. Recommend!
Alex was so honest and helpful with all of my car’s issues and concerns today. He and his team provided optimal service for very good prices. As someone else mentioned, good (& honest) mechanics are hard to come by, but Alex is an excellent and knowledgeable mechanic. Although the result from my visit wasn’t exactly what I wanted to hear, he delivered the news in a way that was caring (opposed to intimidating), and even offered solutions and advice. Thank you!
Fast and friendly, Alex is an expert and professional mechanic. I called to see if he had time to see me, unfortunately he was too busy, but an opening came up later in the day and he took the effort to reach out and get me to come by. Top quality service!
