I started using their service in May, and it was great. Always come fast and offer a reasonable price for services. Until Sep 29, when the service went south. I had a flat tire and called for service again. They sent a technician over, quickly changed to my spare tire. Yesterday I bring my car to change back to my regular tire, and found out that 2 of the nut cap wasn't able to come off. The technician told me that the last person who help me to change the spare tire did a very bad job. The nut caps wasn't align properly with the wheel studs. Called in, they sent the same guy over and tired to change the tire. As I confront him about his works last time. He made up all the excuses saying is was not his fault. Again, the nut caps won't come off. He cancel the service and drove away. Called in again and they hang up on me, messaged me and saying they will call back later. After that, I went to a shop near by and got it fixed, and I sent them the bill and still no respond. Until now, they still haven't pick up the phone and give me a solution. After this time, I will avoid Assist on Road, they need to choose who they are partnering with. The last technician they send over really disappointing.
AMAZING JOB!!! He gave me a boost then came back to replace the battery cause it was gone . It costed $320 cause the battery was expensive dealership would of charged $500 ! Thank you Ahmed!! Amazing will definitely use services again for oil change and anything else !
Ahmed was amazing fast quick service. Not too long of a wait from when I called with my flat tire. Kept me posted on his time. Saved me and my family. Emran was amazing wouldn’t stop looking and found me a spare tire on a Sunday evening! So impressed with both of them. Would recommend this company and the both gentleman
