Went here for a simple tire balancing as my car’s wheel is vibrating when driving on highways. Not when it’s braking as that is a different issue. Anyways, one of the mechanic, the old tall one, over tighten a lug nut on each of the front wheel. Just one bolt on each front wheel. As soon as I get home I checked the torque and sure enough, both front wheels’ lug nut were well over tightened. Redid the torque to correct but the shake on the wheel when driving on the highway is worst than before. Not sure what the old man was up to but pretty sure he’s up to something. Shame cause the owner is a nice guy hence for the two star. But I wont recommend this shop. Or, if you have to come here, make sure that the old man (tall, a bit skinny) do not touch your vehicle.
I had one of my employees take my truck in to fix a coolant leak, and Zee Auto Centre got it done fast and cheap—way less than the appraisal I’d received. I know Zee Auto is a small shop, but they work quickly and fairly. The job was done right, the price was honest, and the turnaround time was impressive. I’ll definitely be taking my vehicles back there in the future.

When I approached him with my complaint, his response was: ‘If you’re not happy with our service, you can go to another service center and don’t come back.’ This left me with no choice but to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix their mistakes and pay additional costs. That’s why I am sharing this honest review.”
Great service provided. Gave me full report of vehicle and showed me everything on my vehicle on the hoist which needs attention. No pressure or forcing. Will recommend to my friends and family.
I went for a rear brake pads and rotors work in the morning for Hyundai Santa Fe. They ordered the parts and the parts came on time and they told me the estimated time for the work is 40 minutes. The technician started the job at 11:00 AM and the job finished exactly at 11:39 like they committed and promised. My car is running great after changing the brakes. Thanks to Zee.
Further update: Taking away starts. Just found out last time when they changed my car’s transmission oil, they did not put back the filler plug. This is in addition to the incident few months ago when they did not screw back the cover underneath the car properly after engine oil change. As a result the cover was hitting the road when i was in highway. ** reply to ur answer: Oh really? I brought the car immediately next day. You made me wait 2.5 hrs to fix something that caused by you. Probably i should have posted my review with the picture right away. posting it now. Denying your mistake instead of being sorry is something that is not acceptable at all. Update: Gone little bit down recently. Been there for last ~2 years now. Till date, they have been providing very good & professional services. They are very caring, cautious and offer competitive honest service pricing.
