I was there this morning and they did my wifes recall software update on her Stelvio... Amazing service! Professional, quick and had a nice espresso too! 10 out of 5!

I can't thank them enough, and I tried, but humbly they refused any more praise. My Guilia arrived late on a Thursday via flatbed tow when I got stranded on the 401 coming from Montreal. When i called to ask for assistance Max was a pleasure to deal with and was honest and set an expectation which I appreciated. When the car and myself arrived.. Alberto leaped into action (literally, as he jumped on the flatbed) looking to diagnosis the issue. I was returning to Montreal on the Monday and so i was planning to train back and leave the car until it was ready. Much to my surprise and delight I received a call from Alberto on the friday "pronto" he said and then advised my Alfa was ready and waiting.. they were fair/honest and a pleasure to deal with. All in all.. this is stellar service team and I wish all service teams would follow their lead. The owners of this dealership owe a lot to the entire team and, for me, especially Alberto and Max - I will definitely be returning for future service and will plan my visits to Toronto accordingly to take advantage of this team.
They are absolutely outstanding. Max and Andrei always go above and beyond for the customer always making sure we leave completely satisfied with our Italian Machines. Just don’t expect to pay Kia prices at this premium service location.
