Misleading business practices to get a sale. I ordered online and never received my sim card because the customer service representative did not input my address correctly. I went into the store to get it rectified and they told me I needed to pay to buy a new SIM card even if it was their mistake. I left and called Koodo Corporate instead and they re-sent me the card for free. Employee was also dismissive and coughing all over the place. Just trying to scam people out of their money any way they can :). I dealt with the lady with the blonde toupee.

Been coming here for years, as this is my phone company. Went recently cause my phone charger was acting up (come to find out it was because of the block I was using). The associate that was helping me, gave me two 10% Off discount cards for another mobile store in the mall. I want them to not do that anymore, as they already have accessories and the mobile store in the mall does not offer refunds (only store credit). If you're a store that already sells phone accessories, why send a customer somewhere else? Didn't like that. &now I'll returning what I bought from the mobile store in the mall .............. for store credit. Sometimes, the talk isn't cheap. Just like this charger that I got, wasn't cheap.
