Basically a “One man” service, yet very quick and straight forward service …was on another phone service chain waiting list for an old iPhone 7 plus battery for weeks without getting any updates, accidentally walked in on a quiet afternoon, and just like that, after 40 mins the phone is like gone through a heart transplant. This store is small yet very good !!
Honestly not a great experience overall. This was an absolute headache and unfair as a Customer. I'm a Likewize customer who came in to have my phone repaired/looked at because it wasn't turning on. After submitting my ticket I came in, waited an hour and the technician replaced the phone screen and said that was the issue and closed the ticket. 5 mins later the phone wasn't working again...I came back in and spent another 40mins waiting for a response. He then told me the phone is unrepairable and removed the repairs he had made and to contact Likewize/Freedom. Unfortunately Likewize told me they would need me to come back in and have yet another ticket open to have my replacement device sent to me. This all could have been resolved the first time I had walked in and saved me 2+ hours of waiting for this issue to be resolved. I'm not a huge fan of having my time waisted - this issue shouldve been resolved within 20 mins of me walking into the store. What an absolute headache, walking back and forth to the store and no resolution until the last possible minute. Sorry but this was not a great experience.
I bought an iPhone 13, a case and glass here and received excellent customer service. They even charged the phone for me some before I left. I will be back when I’m ready to buy my next phone.
Unnecessary rude behaviour over petty stuff.. was promised a price and then they gave me a different price. I’m surprised if they deal like this with everybody. Customer service should be about assisting customers, not making them feel unwelcome. Went as a recommendation of a friend who was disappointed with this behaviour as well. Would never visit again.
I bought my case today iPhone 13 Pro Max ,I’m loving great quality and great price . Sales associate she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the product. Very nice and polite,highly recommended.
Just had a camera protector put on for my iPhone 14 Plus and there’s already a bunch of bubbles underneath blurring the cameras and messing up their sight. Very disappointing and will not be coming back there. I would give one star but their wallet case I got was pretty nice. I’ll give them that.
They were way to focused on getting a 5 start review that they forgot to give us the product be bought (we had to remind them lmao) ps. they were two employees assisting us and no one noticed that the didnt give us the item yet
