Pleasant shopping experience at this location. Shoutout to Kazi who helped me out. He was knowledgeable in all the products and plans offered at Koodo/Telus. He was very friendly and courteous, and helped get everything with my new phone set up easily.
James was extremely helpful with helping me go through the process of getting a new phone, which I thought was lost forever at the moment. Fortunately I got my phone back, but when I was at Koodo prior to receiving my phone, he was a gem. Thank you James :)

Can't trust this company. Go to the chatr. No need to pay $60 first time for the service charge and if you missed the payment no need to pay for disconnection fee $50 and also restoration is free.
Shopped for the best phone plan with the other companies in Eaton center. None matched the customer servic provided by Chevaughn at the Koodo store. He was professional, patient and courteous. Would recommend doing business with them.
