Got lied about getting the 70 cad installation charge returned to get into the plan by Sohail and its been two months, i have no refunds and had to pay the 70 dollars by false advertisement, got very irresponsible reply from the same guy now and at this point, i believe, I was scammed. Going to strictly complain to the concerned authority.
Sales rep named Jeni is very good at handling customer. Good in explaining plans and treat customer like a king. I wish I get her everywhere when buying anything as she is very good at cooperating with customer
Short Indian girl only gave me attitude instead of selling the phone and plan, stood there for almost 10 minutes didn't even acknowledge me let alone greeting me in any way, she just kept herself busy doing nothing, worst service ever I've encountered in a while
You sent me to Scarborough town center saying its the corporate store that you cant help me. You could of did the same thing at your store. You did not want to help a fido customer then whats the point of being a retailer of the brand. You know who you are the kid with glasses. All you had to do was make me call and get authorization and you could activate the card but you stood there playing in the computer pretending to help i bet you were
