I recently visited this chatr store and had a fantastic experience with sales rep Irfan. He helped me choose the Samsung Galaxy A16. Irfan patiently explained the deals and plans offered, and I left feeling very happy and grateful for his help. Thanks to him, I got an excellent phone at a great price. I highly recommend Irfan and their Chatr team for their friendly, knowledgeable service!
The worse company ever now.. They don't even have customer service to talk to someone about my phone.. And I'm trying to pay my bill online no help at all.. I don't recommend this company to anyone Grabage... service
Their is new staff sin e the Chatr 3G update too 4G. I appreciate that. The previous fella seemed stressed, or IMO always bothered. I know many folk who say the same experience happens when they go to lay their bill. I do hope he finds a job that brings him peace. OR that Chatr hired these new folks. Too help alleviate the flow of customers and better the experience for all.
Service people should be respectful to customers and some are not. When I changed my phone chatr service wasn't always connecting to data so I went for assistance. He wasn't listening, turned off wifi, opened a bunch of apps with personal information which is unacceptable behavior. It seems all he wanted me to do was go to Rogers and give private information which I was already unhappy with what he was doing on my phone. Many of us use phones for work, banking etc which is private and no need for strange to act as they are above us

Date: Aug 15, 23. I bought a phone 1 week ago from Chatr at Woodbine and Danforth Ave.......... Today is March 1, 2024. I left that negative review back on August 15, 2023. In hindsight, I wish I had shared about the helpful nature of the employees at that Chatr location. As well, recognized the many positive aspects present during my interaction with staff.
