I had a cracked screen and brought it in for repair. I can't say enough good things about Al, the gentleman who took care of me. I had to file an over-the-phone claim, whis was a little problematic and Al took over the call and got it sorted . My phone was fixed in about an hour and Al made sure we went though everything to make sure it was perfect before I left. Great service all around!
Best place to go in the dufferin mall to fix any phone without any bs. Other places told me they have to order the part, and I'd have to leave it with them, which i wasn't huge on. I walked in, they had the screen i needed, and it was genuine part also gave me a decent price and the kind man repaired my phone in no time, and again because things happen. I highly recommend walking to the end of the mall by the food court just go here if you want good customer service! 10/10
I thought my phone was a lost cause, but Al and his associate were able to make it like knew! I dropped my phone off to Al on Tuesday night and picked it the next day. Al answered all of my questions and concerns which really help and is very much appreciated!! They also have a wide variety of cases and phone accessories. Located near the food court, you should definitely go check it out!
I was looking for a new durable but cute phone case for my iphone 14 and i bought what i thought would be a good purchase from this store. Within a month of my purchase I noticed the side / rim of the white phone case had turned a dark grey color. It’s completely normal for a white phone case to get dirty, but to turn to a completely different shade is not. I also noticed the case cracked right where my back camera was. I paid 22$ for this phone case I gave one star because it was a cute phone case but that’s about it. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I don’t encourage anyone else too.

I came to this facility having a device protection from Rogers the gentleman that helped me was very professional very honest he performed A device test in front of me to make sure that everything was working and all he had to do was replace my screen which was very honest of him the repair was very fast I will recommend everyone coming to this location
