Alessandra helped my wife and I with brand new phones and a great deal on plans when we wanted to upgrade. Extremely friendly and professional, and we were in and out within an hour including picking out phones, plans, activating the phone and she even transferred all of our contacts and everything for us. Rose and Alessandra should be highlighted for what they do for the community of EYTC, they went above and beyond. Customer service is not an easy task these lovely ladies took their time to assist my mother. I observed them as they answered all our questions even the ones we repeated.
