The service at Meta Wireless exceeded my expectations. The repair was quoted on the spot and was reasonable. He repaired the phone however that was not the issue. He then figured out the issue and immediately found a second solution to repair the phone through a colleague while maintaining the cost within the estimate agreed.
I came here with my phone with water damage The water had damaged my screen and charging. The person fixed it for me and only charged for the screen and changed the charging port for free. Even they did not charge for the cleaning water damage. They fixed it for me quickly and had very good service Thank you for the good service
I was there twice this weekend and I have to say both times I was there was nothing short from amazing. The man working both days has become my friend. he’s kind, understanding and all around professional. He fixed my son’s phone no issues and went the extra mile to clean it for him too, all while having an amazing conversation. On Sunday without hesitation he fixed my daughters phone and made my daughters day as she left happy and said her phone even looks better now. If you need a quick reliable repair this is the place to go. Thank you again for your amazing service
Amazing service - always! I've been here for iPhone cover and screen guard. But my last visit was last week when my smart phone screen just came off. Fixed my smart watch in record time. Impressed by the kindness and professionalism here. Recommended.
I had to replace the battery of my iPhone, and had problems with the charging port. I was quoted a fair price. Unfortunately after two attempts of being promised a replacement battery, I had to go somewhere else. As for the charging port, the issue was resolved and as a courtesy, a screen protector was put on my screen. As I had confidence in the store owner, I brought my laptop in for repair with part handy for replacement. It was installed immediately and again at a fair price. I will return for any future repairs.
Bought phone in December and the screen went pink. Went back to the store and the guy claimed it is water damage after I told him the phone was never wet or near water. The same day I told him my speaker wasn't working and he said he would fix it, when I got home it was still not working. He then told me it would be $60 to fix the speaker after we paid $180 to fix the screen. All this happened within 3 weeks of having the phone. Horrible customer service and the owners are liars and thieves.
Sold me a faulty phone 2 days ago and when I brought it back to him yesterday he made up excuses and told me to go to dufferin mall to fix it. My phone constantly reboots and won't download major apps from google play. Would recommend going to another store besides this one
