10/10 experience. Never felt like going to the Dental office consistently until I found out about this location! Excellent staff, definitely coming back again.
I finally feel good going to the dentist. Went for a cleaning and a pain in my teeth we didn’t see anything wrong. Left it at that. About a month later, the pain wasn’t going away, so I called and they said to come in so they could check it out, I had a minor crack which can be difficult to see through x-rays sometimes anyhow she found it, it got fixed and I’m really happy.
My father’s incredible dental journey towards a new set of dentures under the care of a dedicated professional Dr. Gunjan Goel… It is surprising to think that a 94 year old man who still has some teeth decides that it’s time to get dentures. Once the Ontario Dental plan for seniors became a great opportunity for my parents to visit a dentist regularly, we called many dental offices to ask if the office honoured the plan. One office, Bathurst Western Dental, reassured me that they would be happy to take care of my mom’s and dad’s dental needs under the plan. My dad’s journey begins with meeting Dr. Gunjan Goel, a dedicated, knowledgeable and kind professional who continues to make my father feel respected and comfortable. From removing teeth to making sure that his dentures fit well in his mouth, at every visit, Dr. Gunjan Goel exemplifies professionalism. Many times my father has expressed his appreciation to Dr. Gunjan Goel for taking such good care of him. We are very happy with the pleasantness of the office staff and the dental assistant. My father looks forward to all his visits knowing that he is in good caring hands.
I normally don’t write a bad review but the dental cleaning lady, she gave me a big bruise on my lip when she was putting the thing to take extra water out of my mouth. I felt it stuck on my lip but she didn’t take it out fast enough. I should have moved it myself but she was moving around my mouth and I didn’t want to disturb the session and I couldn’t talk because she was cleaning. Now creating a bruise and it’s been hurting like hell and uncomfortable, until now it’s too visible. I don’t recommend coming here at all. They do accept ODSP and insurance, however I don’t a place that caused me an injury to my lip. From a simple cleaning that sucked the water out of my mouth and stuck at the lip and didn’t move it out causing a big bruise and pain. I can’t even feel comfortable eating or drinking anything. Don’t come here. There is like a cold sore right on the spot after 2 days and I took a picture to prove it. Reviews claim it’s good here but this is painful enough that I can’t get rid of the pain for days. At first I thought it was not that bad until I realized it wasn’t going away.
I usually hate the dentist, but this is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. They're non-judgmental, highly skilled, & has a non-invasive, empathetic approach to care. They also reduced my fees wherever possible..did some non-insured services for me for free, which was extremely helpful. They are wonderful. Highly recommend.
I had such a great experience with their services here. Every Staff member is lovely and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!!!! And they give freebies when u get your teeth cleaned, plus...they have a "Samson" ?. Would definitely come back and refer this to others.
I have had great experiences so far. The doctor explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and answers any questions I have. Hygienists and front desk staff have been very friendly and accomodated my schedule changes!
