I am writing this review from my experience a few years ago, they were not professional, the girls at the desk were rude. I got severely overcharged despite having benefits, they told me that they don’t take direct billing but they also went way outside of my coverage so when I submitted my bill I only got a small portion of my money back. I went to them 1 time after my first experience to give them another chance, to my surprised they were trying to rip off another client while I was in the waiting room, should of known then that they do this to a lot of people. I quickly found another dentist that direct billed and was way more professional.
I had a great experience and I was able to get an emergency appointment very quickly. Everyone was kind and treated me very well. My appointment was handled efficiently and Dr. Judy Sturm took the time to explain everything clearly.
The whole team at Dr. Sturm’s office is just amazing…from reception to hygienists and of course Dr. Sturm herself. I recently made the change from a different dental office and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I love my new smile :)
Absolutely wonderful. Samira was a great dental technician. Not only did she care and explain everything, she clearly took an interest in making the visit a positive and rewarding experience. It’s all in how information is communicated. Dr Jainani shows both her knowledge and caring in a confident friendly way. Switched to this dentist because I moved. Went for a preliminary appointment which was fine. Was told I had cavities on both sides of my mouth that needed fixing and had to make 2 appointments because they could only do one side of the mouth at a time. The appointment where they did the first half (appointment lasted about an hour) cost an absurd $2000 and left me with extreme tooth sensitivity in the ones she filled. I couldn’t do anything about it because that $2000 sucked my insurance dry, I even had to cancel the appointment for the other half of my mouth because I had no money left. I had to wait 2 months for it to reset, went to my old dentist to ask about the sensitivity and she found a piece of filling lodged in my gum, said the fillings had overhanging, one is bad enough it needs to be completely redone, the other needs to be fixed. On top of all that, my old dentist looked at the x-ray of my teeth taken at this dentist and told me and that no fillings were needed at that time, so I went through all this for nothing and had to pay out of my own pocket for the fillings I now have to fix because the charge was so unexpectedly large. I wish I stuck to my old dentist.
Make sure to check this dentist’s Yelp page for more balanced reviews. She cannot be trusted- she over bills. I had work done with her- she found cavities where none existed. She left me with a permanent misalignment in one side of my mouth because of how she drilled a cavity. I went to another dentist afterward to fix things and he said he would have never filled any of the 5 cavities she identified. They were non-issues. Be careful.
I am a new patient at Dr Judy office, I am over the moon with the treatment at that office. Dr Judy is a sweet caring doctor like I have never encountered in my life, her stuff is amazing specially Marilin who help me so much. All my life Dentist make me feel that they just care about the money and no the patient! It is wonderful to find a Doctor with humanity!!!! Dr Judy best best ever, very highly I recommend her. ❤️❤️❤️
