Dr. Shah is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s so caring and understanding and provides the highest quality of service. Always feel comfortable in her chair.
My whole family has been coming to Word of Mouth for about 18 years. The staff are thoughtful and lovely; the dentists and hygienists are thorough and a pleasure to visit. Seeing the dentist shouldn't be something one enjoys, but we do (!), and I've recommended them to many people.
Dr. Pham is an artist! Everyone at this office is lovely. I avoided the dentist for years before coming here, now I look forward to my visits. Highly recommend!
I can definitely recommend this dentist office. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They use technology well to book, remind and invoice. I have been helped by several dental hygienists, and don’t remember all their names, but they really seem to know their business and it’s nice to see them communicate with the dentist about their assessment. My dentist has been Dr. Khan. She is an amazing communicator and explains every decision she suggests very well. She has a gift to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. So all in all 5 stars ?
It has been 20 years and I'm still traumatized by his lack of sensitivity, him and his team but especially him. He makes his patients cry and lacks the patience. If you want a caring person pls do not go there. I still think of that awful place and of him and what he did to me
I've had a great experience here. Marcella was very thorough and patient with my teeth cleaning needs, as well the dental staff who go above and beyond to help. I like how the front desk staff work hard to contact me for last minute appointments and they are understanding if I need to change appointments.
I originally came to this office to get a second opinion on a procedure that my previous dentist had recommended. I was so utterly impressed with this first experience that I switched over and haven’t looked back. I could go on about how great the entire staff is, or how the environment (art, music) is unlike any other dentistry office I’ve been to, but I’ll just say that I actually look forward to my appointments here, which I never thought I’d be able to say about the dentist.
