Excellent dentist and team! I had been going to another dentist for years and had been missing out. I find my dentist here more knowledgeable, competent, kind, highly professional and skilled. I feel like she really cares about the service she provides and is very good at it. The admin staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you which is exceptional for admin staff. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and competent. The dental hygienist I have is so so sweet. It is a pleasure seeing her. I find that they have really upgraded my dental care. I also love that they are all women. It's so refreshing! Such a great experience :)
Extremely judgemental place. I’d not recommend if it’s your first time dental cleaning or haven’t received dental cleaning in a while. Front desk is helpful and managed to get me an appointment. Not going here again.
Dr. Zadeh and the team are fantastic. They are friendly and patient, and take the time to talk you through procedures and billing details as needed. I’ve recommended them more than once!

First class dentists and hygeinists and receptionists and very clean offices with very friendly fun waiting room with big TV. Location of office is easy to find in downtown Toronto-I have been going to this dental office for decades and all personnel are professional and friendly.

This is a busy Downtown Practice, if you work in the area I guess it can be convenient, but be warned you're like cattle in a factory. The care they provide is questionable. They have too many overhead costs that does not translate to better care. The practice is disorganized and kinda dirty. They kept misplacing things and running out of things to the point where I almost walked off the dental chair because it kept bothering me how disorganized they were. This practice does not offer direct billing and in this day and age, it seems archaic and lazy on the part of the practice. They conducted a Panoramic Scan at a cost of $171 that I did not ask for, on top of the regular dental x-ray scans. I've done all my dental work with just normal X-Rays my entire life, I was not happy with being billed with the full mouth scan when it was completely unnecessary, furthermore the dentists didn't even use it, they kept referring to the X-Ray scans. The full-scan was just a scam to bill my insurance $171 for unnecessary tests. Bottom line - they charge premium rates, and this stunt they pulled with the scan is indicative of their behaviour where patient care is not a priority but billables are.
