I’ve recently taken several Barre classes at the Midtown location and Jump Board Pilates at Danforth, both with Jess. Her classes are always challenging and provide a great workout. Because I’ve been using ClassPass, I’ve had the opportunity to try many studios and instructors and Jess stands out as one of the kindest. Instead of making you feel discouraged if you can’t do something, she simply says, “don’t do this move if it’s going to ruin your day,” which is perfect. Her classes are enjoyable (or at least as enjoyable as a workout that makes you question your life choices can be). Edit: I tried a different instructor and the experience didn’t quite land the same way for me. The class was quite tough, and I didn’t notice many modification options being offered. My other classes here have been just as challenging, but in a way that felt more engaging and enjoyable. I still think the studio is great overall. This particular class just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Visited the Midtown Loft Studio and had an amazing strength class! The instructor, Bretton, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the workout both challenging and fun. The studio is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back and try their other classes!

Andre’s spin classes are hands down the best in the area, and Sean’s barre classes are amazing—challenging and rewarding. The studio is great, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the cancellation policy, which is common in Toronto: even in emergencies, you’re charged for a missed class. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for fitness enthusiasts!

Really nice space, very bright with lots of natural light, love the skylights! Instructors are super friendly and provide personalized coaching and adjustments. Really convenient that they provide all the equipment you need including mats.

Love that I can do both cardio and strength here! Plus, the instructors all bring great energy and variety to each of their classes. Huge fan of barre here!

I have only had great experiences when I've gone to Loft Fitness Club (Midtown). I have taken 2 of Harris' and one of Francis' classes and they have been incredible. I have only taken their spin classes and I would have to say this is my favourite group fitness experience. The facilities are clean. The staff are incredible and have fantastic customer service skills. The classes are tough but fun I couldn't recommend this place more. An easy 5 star experience

I was excited to try this studio, tried going here twice for a spin class and they cancelled the classes BOTH times. One class was cancelled 30 mins before, a complete waste of time.
