The pump allows you to purchase the car wash. When you do get to the car wash , it is out of service. Store attendant refuses to refund the purchase because “it was not made inside the store”. Such a scam and rude people. I am out $16.
Gas is usually cheap compared to the neighbourhood... But I've had like four bad experiences here. Place seems like it's falling apart. Pumps will always try to sell you a car wash, but the car wash has been either closed or partially broken every time I'm here. Last time their receipt scanner was broken and they had a guy manually starting the "automatic" car wash. They also won't refund transactions at the pump. So you can pay for a car wash and then they leave you out to dry. Also, while their pumps are fully set up with modern payment systems, they have weirdly short hours and don't allow for prepaid pumps after hours. Can't say my interactions with the staff have been anything but disappointing as well.
Staff working was EXTREMELY rude. I accidentally grabbed the nozzle before I had prepaid with credit card and then he started to freak out and yell at me. But thank you Husky for saving me .3 cents/litres versus the shell.
