I LOVE this place. Unique brands and pieces from around the world that not many retailers sell. Staff is kind and helpful. Expensive but quality items that last forever. I’ve been shopping here for years and will continue to do so!
Hopson Grace (HG) is a wonderful oasis of both the elegant and practical. They have attentive staff and their products are beautifully displayed. I have to admit a certain bias though. HG has been selling my salad bowls, platters and high-end wood turnings since they first opened in 2015. As a supplier they have been very good to me. As a customer, they have been excellent. The store is fun to visit and online shopping from home is easy and enjoyable. All covid protocols are in place creating a comfortable environment.
Bought some wine glasses as a gift. Customer service was outstanding. They were delivered to me same day(during COVID) and in the most stunning packaging! Even got a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the order. Will definitely shop here again! Highly recommend Hopson Grace!
Absolutely spectacular in every way. Unique interior accessories, each with its own story. Beautifully packaged for gifts. I love the space and the "apartment" concept upstairs.
I have never been to the actual store, but have ordered online, and have spoken to Marlie who is great. I am hoping they open a shop in Ottawa, even if is only a pop up shop. I think a shop on Sussex Drive in the Byward Market would be perfect!
Simply the best and the brightest in terms of quality, selection and staff. A real jewel of a find when it is necessary to find that perfect gift for the person that has everything. So many great and useful items all made to last in this throw away Society. It feels good to buy something here you know will last with foresight the benefactor will remember you each time they look or place their hands on it

I was blown away today when I returned a large crystal wine bucket to the store. I had accidentally hit the edge of the bucket with a wine bottle on Friday at a dinner party and cracked it. I was hoping for sympathy but was greeted with genuine caring-an attitude you seldom see in today's retail. The owner graciously gave me a new ice bucket from stock. Dealing here in the future is a certainty.
