Good selection and helpful staff. They gave me a $75 refund after my sheets dropped in price, they actually told me to come back when the price had dropped.
My first time in this store. I was greeted when I came in the door in a friendly, casual way. Then, when I was having difficulty reaching an item an associate offered to help. A pleasant experience.
I am not commenting on the items that Linen Chest is selling but I will comment on their business partner which is Canpar delivery service company. Please dont do business with Canpar when we heavily rely on delivery services during this time, Canpar is not doing their jobs at delivering items safely in front of the door. Like all the other reviews on Canpar, I am also commenting the same complaint over and over again like the other customer services. Canpar did not deliver my parcel and they say that they attempted to deliver and now asking me to pickup the item from the Smartspot.
Went in to potentially buy a blanket and some crusty old lady that worked there made me not want to spend my money 30 seconds into speaking with her. Didn't listen, wasn't helpful, unfriendly. Find a job somewhere else. Worked the night shift, November 2, 730pm.
Went to return an item a day after i bought it, they didn't take it back which is fine but the store manager told me twice while talking "do u understand what I'm saying" she must be told this could be offensive and i found it to be specially with her tone..
This store and their company are terrible for everything starting from their customer service to people who work there and at head office as well,no trust ,cheating,lying ,has no respect to their customers,no phone number to reach head office or any one from their managers.it is really terrible company,so I will never shop at there any more and don’t recommend any one to shop there too.I sent an email to the head office but no reply or contact.
Horrible customer service with no one to guide you and to answer you queries. Asked one elderly saleswoman a few question and she barely replied with extreme attitude.
