If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is beyond disappointing. I placed a large online order for plates and a serving dish and requested delivery. When the package arrived, half of it was broken. That part I can accept, it happens. The real issue started with their customer service, which is the worst I’ve ever experienced. • I emailed them immediately. It took two weeks to get a response. • When they finally replied, they said they’d “look into it”… and then disappeared again. • I tried Instagram, where they were polite and apologized, promising to resolve it “as soon as possible.” Another week went by. • Eventually, they emailed saying they would issue me a refund, even though I had asked for a replacement dish. But the worst part? Instead of refunding my credit card, they sent me a gift card within minutes LoL … Honestly, who would ever want to buy from them again? That’s ridiculous. Mistakes happen, but neglecting and dismissing customers is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store completely. With so many other beautiful homeware shops out there, especially in today’s economy, you’re far better off supporting businesses that actually value and respect their customers! Edit*** They sent me new order and made sure it came good ! So from 1 star I changed it to 4 stars
I came here last week and there was a very nice selection of home decor and unique items. Friendly staff as well. The young girl working helped me pick out gifts and she was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back
Web description says the fill for cotton/linen pillow is "premium down feather filler." It is not. It is 100% polyester. Also, I have a coupon code which does not work. I have contacted them many times to discuss both issues, but never get a response.
Such a beautiful store with unique home items. I’m always lucky to find Stella there who has helped me tremendously decorate my home. She’s got lovely taste and takes the time to help you look for items that she thinks you may like. The store always looks very inviting and there has been a lot of great sales recently. 10/10 store! Highly recommend!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the female customer rep at the Hillcrest mall, Richmond Hill yesterday. It was the worst customer service experience that I had seen lately. She was VERY VERY VERY rude and YELLED at my 5 year old grandson when we came inside the store. Apparently she was not happy that my grandson was hurrying into the store when he saw something that was attracted to him. She could have been more politely. My wife started a conversation with her and she began confrontational and argued with my wife. The conversation did not end well and it ruined our entire day.
Had an amazing experience while shopping here... Sadia was kindest to help us out in shopping multiple gifts. Infact she really did a lot of hard work in wrapping 6 of them individually just for us. Thank you so much for the kindness and making our experience so great..
What a waste of my time! Wish I had never set foot in there. Came all the way from Brampton to leave with nothing. The sale price online can’t be applied to in store shopping. You have to be in store place an order online for in store pick up and then the sale price will be applied. To me it makes no sense. And to be honest the sales person wasn’t helpful at all. Made me go around the store pick items just to tell me at the end that the sale didn’t apply to in store. Left the store very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will definitely never going back!
