Store is supposed to close at 6 pm. By 550 pm, the dude working had locked up. The whole mall closed at 6, just wait until you’re actually supposed to be closed?
When I go to the mall with my youngest son, Showcase is a must stop. It's his favourite store. The staff have always been pleasant and the last few times have given tips to fully enjoy our purchase. If you like all those products you see on TV, or looking for unique gifts for your kids, this is a good spot. We picked up a cool lava lamp for a very low price. It's also the place to go for any trendy stuff you see on Tik Tok. I used to think it was very expensive, but recently have found many of the items are priced very well.
Today at this store there is a Portuguese woman who wears glasses who was trying to bully three young boys. This woman is not educated, she is ignorant and foolish. She should not be working @ this store. She left Portugal came to Canada for a better life but now she has become a nuisance and she needs to get a life. Showcase you need to do better, get rid of her she is bad for business. There so many complaints about her.
Do not shop here! I ordered a pair of slippers on line. Guaranteed 1 day delivery, only when I followed up 3 days later did I get my order and then it was the wrong color. I ordered blue received pink. When I called the Eaton's Center the sales clerk who answered the phone was determined NOT to be helpful. Kept evading the question whether they had the product in blue. Finally when I pushed the issue she said they only had them in pink. When I asked for the corporate office number she played dumb and said she didn't have it. When I asked what her name or employee number was she said she wasn't allowed to give it out. Save yourself the hassle and frustration of dealing with these people and go elsewhere! If I could give them minus stars I would!
If you've seen it on TV, then it's most likely in this shop, true to its word. It's good to see products on TV and then in real life at this store, you get to see the real deal. Staff is pleasant...depending on which day you go. Different days is different staff. Some staff are really nice and helpful; others not so much, especially one staff member in particular. If I see this person again I will not be going into this store. Prices are as seen on TV, no surprises.
I am sadly giving this location 1 star after doing business there for many years! Seems a certain person there isn't as friendly as they used to be! Also if you buy nothing, your asked nicely to leave! Excuse me? Your cettainly going to lose business that way! Maybe that's why, I've not seen hardly anyone in there as of late! A real shame!
Went on the 23rd at 5. Was first in line until someone came in front of me and the staff supported that action, when I tried to ask why the staff let someone in front of me they treated me very rudely with the most amount of disrespect possible while treated everyone else very respectfully. What happened was very upsetting to me and made me feel very uncomfortable.
