We bought a pickle box that came with three pickles and a variety of toppings. We tried the pickles and they were RANCID. Then, we checked the date on them just to find out they were EXPIRED. They smelled like play dough and tasted gut wrenchingly horrible. INEDIBLE. Then when we called the store to make a complaint. We were met with an attitude and a simple “come to the store”. It felt like a SLAP in the face. Do not come here. A store that sells expired food..? Yea no thank you.
Showcase is a scam they want your money and nothing else I ordered something online, they game me the wrong product and for some reason its my fault and I cant get a refund I can't even go to the store to return the product everybody is give me a run around avoid this company
Went to pickup my parcel like 3 times in a row and everytime its the same 'be back in 10 minutes ' but funny enough they call over the weekend and we book an appointment and then no one is there... fed up now...
Showcase has great product's in the store, as a customer you need to now their policy is once you buy it you own it there is no refunds given, they only offer store credit if they do not have that product in stock. I bought a electric scooter and have returned it 3 times. I have tried to return for store credit and they refused to give me a store credit for something that does not work. I am stuck with this product. For any shopping here remember it's buyer beware policy with them. Good luck in your future purchase.
When I lived in the west end this was my go to store. The staff was always so nice and polite and I would even say accommodating with how they looked up other locations when they ran out of stock. Always had to grab some kind of Tommy Copper gear for myself or even as gifts. Thank you for your help, highly recommended
Showcase is one of those stores that I feel have a bit of a weird feeling. They have some really great products! I became a member and I saved over 50$ on a few Christmas gifts. So I highly reccomend becoming a member. The girl who was working the last time I was in was super nice and the other staff are always courteous.
