Eugene and his team did a great job installing a furnace in my new home alongside some gas line work. The communication was always very quick with very helpful recommendations into what i needed without overselling.
Two contractors didn't come yesterday with good reasons such as car broken and I wasted the whole day... Today is Christmas Eve. Eugene quoted and sent a technician to get the job done on time. He keeps his words. Good job!

Guys installed ductless LG heat pump in our dealership. Working great. Sized equipment professionally. Installation went smooth as we asked them. We got their contacts from our mechanic who also was happy with their job.
Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3. Eugene from AC Furnace called and explained that they had referred my job to Michael as a subcontractor (I would have appreciated being made aware of this when they made the referral). He apologized on behalf of Michael and indicated they will change their process of referrals. Original: Michael cancelled two appointments - first time because "my truck battery is dead", second time because "I'm in traffic" (and wouldn't respond to my question as to why that would prevent the job from being done altogether, given it was 5pm (in May) and there was still more than 3 hours of daylight left). He then completely ghosted me after scheduling a third appointment (no show on the day of, no response to texts, wouldn't pick up calls). I think the job, which he quoted ~$400, was too small for him to care about (he scheduled it at the very end of a weekday the first two times, before finally scheduling it for a third time on a Saturday morning, and then didn't show up). Lack of professionalism aside, I wasn't even shown the basic common curtesy of letting me know that he did not intend to do the job so I could look elsewhere.
The whole ACfurnaceGTA team was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. The estimate was handled in a timely manner, and the price was very competitive. They did a great job with the installation of furnace and air conditioner. Our place was kept clean, they made sure to explain things after they were done, and answered any questions that I had. In addition to this, they were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
