Service was exceptional from the moment I contacted Kevin. Kevin understood that I was in the market for a new water heat pump and he understood that I was looking for the most economical solution. His quote was 23% cheaper than the other two quotes I had recieved. I wasn't pressured at anytime like the other two competitors I reached out to. Given the short notice (polar vortex was a couple days away), he was able to deliver and install a brand new Daikan unit in my north York condo just in time for us to have a comfortable night's sleep. George and the other install technician were great too, we're careful not to scratch up our floors whilst removing the old unit and installing the much newer, heavier and larger one. They retrofitted the duct work to make it work. The new unit is a beast! My son was curious about the installation and they were kind enough to explain to him what they were doing ( perhaps inspiring his future career vocation). Would recommend them to anyone.

I only have great things to say about our experience with HTS. From the time of my initial call to inspect our HVAC unit, they provided exceptional and professional service. Kevin was super responsive to all my questions and the team kept me posted every step of the way as they worked my tenant to arrange the removal & install of the unit. They also installed a Nest thermostat and an overflow sensor for us without any issues or complications. Big thanks to the HTS Team - I'll definitely be calling them again for future HVAC issues and referring them to others who need HVAC repairs.
