He was able to handle a very tricky replacement that other companies didn’t even know how to replace, and he did the job so quickly and efficiently that it blew me away! We came back home after a month long trip to find our furnace not working. Albert came to our rescue, and was able to fix our furnace at a very affordable cost, and saved us having to buy a new furnace. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Just recently, in the middle of a bitter cold December our Slant Fin/ Galaxy Gas Boiler Furnace stopped working. This is a a Triplex home and needless to say this was an UTMOST Emergency. I have found this Company while searching the Internet. Alberto P arrived at the site the very same day. After a very thorugh investigation, he took the time to explain that we not only had a gas leak at the valve (which he demonstrated to me), but he also confirmed that the furnace interior plates, as well as the exhaust pipes to the chimney will need a good clean-up to become efficient in warming the water as expected. I was very plesed and impressed with his expertise, professionalism and patience in discussing various options and associated cost. I couldn't be more pleased and accepted the work to start immediately. After half day of work I found the furnace working well and he did leave the laundry room clean after completion of work. It's been few day now and everything works well. We are very lucky to have come across Alberto P as it is quite difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy technician these days. He trully exceeded our expectations and we're ready to keep in touch for such a wonderful service provider for any future work. I wish I can give 0 star. I used his services to get the motor fixed on the ac. He took the motor, blower and the transformer with him. He quoted the price for motor way too expensive so we found and another technician who replaced it cheaper. He took the blower and the transformer with him so it costed me way too much as the technician who fixed the motor couldn’t finish the job without the transformer. Do not use this guy, because he removed everything so we were obligated to get some of the stuff fixed from him as we had no choice and he charged us way too much for his on mistake. Wouldn’t recommend him at all.

He was quick to diagnose the problem, and put an immediate fix in place to restore heating. He then gave some recommendations on future repairs and maintenance procedures.
