My Home furnace was RED Tagged on December 1st of this year , with a 14 Day Clearance Period. Which means I have 14 days to repaired or replaced the unit , it can be stressful enough choosing a unit that’s suitable for your home, without having to worry the gas made me shut off … From my first phone conversation with ACS to thanking and saying goodbye to the technicians who installed the unit. I had a very positive experience with this ACS Team they certainly showed high-quality of services On December 02, I had a phone conversation with ACS staff asking , if they can come to my home and quote me a price for a new Furnace . They said absolutely , they started asking me questions about the Furnace that will be replace, of course I didn’t have the answer, the gentleman I was speaking with politely said that’s not a problem. He asked if I could take a few photos of the old furnace, as well as the area inside and outside where the direct venting maybe placed .I forward the photos , then in no time I received a text with the information of a Furnace suitable for my home ,along with the Quote . On the 3rd of December I called and accepted this affordable Quote and made arrangements to have the unit installed .ACS Team offered to have the unit installed the next day , we settled on the fifth of December , ACS technician team were scheduled for Friday morning the fifth of December to arrive between , 9 , and 10 :am Friday morning the Technicians provided an excellent service and installation for our new home furnace. They Texts in advance, arrived on time and explained all of the process. They dismantled the old unit , exposed of it , after the installation of the new unit the area in which the technicians worked was left in a respectable condition. Everything nice and clean . I would like to thank these fine employees at ACS you all showed professionalism , by doing so this took away the stress I was feeling over this process . We recently purchased a new all-gas Kitchen Aid stove to replace our long-serving Kitchen Aid convection oven-gas stove top stove. There were a number of problems with the previous installation, making the job of connecting the new stove to both gas and hydro more complicated and time consuming then normal. The crew who did the work explained what was required to properly and safely connect and install the new stove, and when the work was completed they took the time to give me a demonstrate of a couple of procedures that I could not figure out, and when they left, the areas in the kitchen and basement where they did they work were cleaner than when they started. As a person of limited abilities when it comes to technical processes involving electricity or gas, I appreciate the professionals who explain to me the whats and whys of their work in terms I can appreciate. By every measure of the quality of service and professionalism, Affordable Climate Solutions is gold medal, A+ and most deserving of these 5 stars.
Talha and team are an amazing and professional group. They did a great job installing a new furnace at a very stressful time. It was timely and done very efficiently and competently.
