Ali and Alex were very friendly, helpful, reliable and professional. They showed up ahead of schedule on a Saturday, quickly diagnosed the issue with my heater and efficiently completed required fixes and installations. Even more impressive was the fact they returned to resolve an issue the next day and didn’t charge me extra. I had a problem with my boiler for 4 days and I try to call some Heating companies they came and checked the boiler but they were unable to repair the problem. However, my friend recommended me to call GTA Heating and Air. Ali and his helper came and fine the problem and fix it on the same day. Based on what I experienced for my boiler I definitely recommend GTA Heating and Air.

Please be careful of the fraud know as Ali. Took 16000 didn't finish the job. Whole system kept breaking down until something went out again. Won't show up. Stole the money, complete thief who doesn't honor his word. Do not do business with this scumbag.
I called Ali for a/c issue after hours. Was happy that he came promptly. Then he charged me $683 after replacing the motorized valve. No problem I thought, it’s working now. Then, less than 48 hours after, the a/c is now freezing even when it was turned off, the unit is an ice box. I texted him back to see if he could come fix it, but there was no reply. So I asked another company to come instead. They saw that there was a problem with the sensors and fixed it for less than $200. I found out that Ali had ripped me off, he had not fixed anything and scammed me. He also seemed to not know the heating was on and instead took out a part that is easily replaceable for $40. I am furious that I have been taken advantage of and would like my money back. I am certain he will try to scam others so this is your warning.
