Kurtis came early for the appointment. He was polite and efficient and did a great job cleaning our boiler after 3 years of neglect. I had a technician visit to diagnose my non-functional air conditioning. The technician identified that my unit needed cleaning and did clean the unit and then left. However after several hours there was no effect on the temperature so it appears the issue was misdiagnosed. I have contacted the company but they were at first unresponsive and then on being contacted several times have indicated that they will not assist me.
Worked with Ted, Bryan and Del from LB Heating and Air Conditioning to replace a radiator. All three were great to work with and Bryan did a very good job with the installation. They were responsive throughout, clear on pricing and the work is good. I would recommend this team for work and will use them again in the future.
We had a major problem with our hot water tank, LB Heating responded immediately and within 48 hours we had a new tank installed, commissioned and wroking. Fantastic job. They are always responsive and take care to look after their customers, best Heating and AC firm in town
Unbelievably rude and unhelpful customer service. Called looking to get my refrigerant topped up for home AC, they said they would not help and actually hung up on my mid call.
Ted and his team came to fix the work of another installer, and were prompt and courteous. The real 5-star part came a week later. Ted dropped by to fine-tune the system. That evening, when one of the pumps the original installer had put in misfired, Ted was on the phone with me at 10 at night, helping to troubleshoot the problem and fixing it. You don't get that service everywhere. If you have a Weissman boiler I can't recommend LB enough.
Our 1979 boiler burned a hole through itself so based on reviews I called up LB heating. They answered right away and were very responsive. Ted showed up a couple hours later and took the time to explain the options with the pros and cons of everything and I decided to go with a high efficiency boiler and water heater combo. The guys showed up exactly on schedule and did a professional job and answered all my questions as they were going. They even left the room cleaner than it was before and pointed out a few unrelated things I might want to fix that I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't brought it up (some foundation issues, sigh). The rest of the staff were great - they took care of the old rental heater including all the paper work and payment and invoicing was smooth. Since then I've talked to Ted a couple times with random questions and he's been super responsive and seems happy to help answer my questions (dumb or otherwise). Highly recommended
